The capital subscription is fully approved by our independent Shari’ah Supervisory Board — a panel of globally recognized Islamic scholars.
 
Every aspect of the offering complies with Islamic finance principles, including profit-and-loss sharing, asset-backed structures, and ethical screening. A formal fatwa and compliance certificate are included in the Prospectus.
